The administrator of your personal data is Furgonetka sp. z o.o. sp.k. with its registered office in Warsaw (address of the registered office and address for correspondence: al. Księcia Józefa Poniatowskiego 1, 03-901 Warsaw). The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at iod@furgonetka.pl. Personal data is processed on the basis of art. 10 sec. 1 of the Act on the provision of electronic services and art. 172 sec. 1 of the Telecommunications Law for marketing purposes, in accordance with the scope of the consent granted and art. 6 sec. 1 point f of the GDPR for the purpose of correspondence and response to your inquiry. Personal data is processed for the period necessary for a given correspondence, no longer than 3 years from its completion, and in the case of marketing purposes - at the latest until you withdraw your consent. The data may be made available to entities providing services to the Van and bodies authorized to receive them. You have the right to request access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing; to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data; lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.   • (1)The fee charged by the Furgonetka service for each shipment ordered under its own agreement with the carrier or in the Allegro Smart service. The system fee is not refundable in the event of order cancellation. The cost of the courier service is settled directly by the Operator
  • (2)The fee is charged when funds are withdrawn from the balance exceeding PLN 100.
