Step by step:

• Goods must not overhang or extend beyond the pallet edges — overhanging cartons lose more than 30% of their structural strength.
• The top surface of the shipment must be flat; stacking items in a pyramid shape risks damage and delays.
• The pallet must be wrapped in stretch film and secured with straps; attach the shipping label to the outside, never inside the load.
• The courier does not provide pallets; the sender must supply them independently.

Documents worth preparing when shipping to Denmark:

• Shipping label — generated in the Furgonetka.pl panel and attached to the pallet before the courier arrives.
• Commercial invoice — included with the goods for B2B transactions; also useful in the event of a claim.
• Recipient's EU VAT number — the Danish CVR number with the DK prefix, if you are settling the transaction as an intra-Community supply of goods (ICS) at a 0% rate.
• Proof of delivery — for ICS, tax authorities may require proof that the goods have reached Denmark.
