Our widget combines the most popular delivery networks in Poland and Europe in one place. Your store's customers can conveniently choose from InPost Paczkomaty, ORLEN Paczka, Allegro One Box / One Punkt, as well as pickup points (PUDO) from networks like DPD Pickup, DHL Parcelshop (Żabka, Inmedio), Poczta Polska, GLS, and UPS Access Point. Do I need a programmer to implement the delivery point map in my store?

It depends on the platform your e-commerce operates on:

- Ready-made platforms (SaaS / Open Source): If your store runs on WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shoper, Magento, or Sellastik, implementation does not require programming knowledge. You install the official Furgonetka.pl plugin, assign the map to your delivery methods, and you're all set.

How does the map handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments?

The widget has a built-in intelligent point filtering function. If a customer selects the cash-on-delivery (COD) option during the checkout process, the map automatically hides parcel lockers and PUDO points that do not support cash or card transactions. This prevents errors when generating shipping labels.

Is the pickup point map adapted for mobile devices?

Yes, our widget is 100% responsive (mobile-friendly). On mobile devices (smartphones, tablets), the map automatically launches in a convenient full-screen mode, supports intuitive touch gestures, and uses automatic GPS geolocation to instantly display points in the customer's immediate vicinity.

Where does the widget get data about new lockers and parcel points?

The database is synchronized in real-time with the IT systems of all supported carriers. This means that as soon as InPost, DPD, or ORLEN Paczka installs a new locker or opens a partner point, it will appear on the map in your store without the need for manual plugin updates.

Can parcel lockers be separated from stationary pickup points on the map?

Yes, our widget offers full flexibility in view configuration. In the plugin settings, you can decide whether to display all delivery options for a given carrier on a single map, or implement them as separate delivery methods in your cart (e.g., a separate map only for parcel lockers and another for service points). This gives you the ability to flexibly manage your pricing policy and offer different shipping rates depending on the chosen type of pickup point.

Does the map support deliveries to points in Europe?

Yes, our widget is fully adapted to handle international (cross-border) sales. The map's database automatically filters and displays pickup points and parcel lockers outside the country – in line with the international reach of carriers such as InPost, DHL, DPD, GLS, and UPS. When a customer selects international shipping in the cart, the map automatically adjusts its view and geographical scope to the chosen region.

The tool supports thousands of locations in Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and other European countries.

Does the e-commerce map support international carriers?

Yes, as part of our e-commerce map (for online stores), we offer access to pickup points and parcel lockers from international operators such as La Poste (France), FOXPOST (Hungary), and Correos (Spain).
