We have been operating on the Polish market since December 2010. Our
Furgonetka.pl
service allows both companies and individuals to send courier shipments quickly and cheaply. We offer the highest quality services at attractive prices and provide a range of modern tools to automate processes in the logistics and e-commerce industry.

In 2016, we launched the
Furgonetka Giełda
platform for the transport of non-standard-sized parcels. In 2020, we opened a network of courier points to facilitate the sending and receiving of parcels -

Furgonetka.pl is launched

At the very beginning, we only provide the services of one courier company, which is DPD. Soon UPS joins our offer and we are working on further integrations.

We have over 20,000 customers

As we expand our offerings and integrate with more courier companies, we are scoring our first dynamic growth. Within a year, the number of our users increases by as much as 122%.

We have launched an open network of Furgonetka BOX parcel automats

We are creating an open network of parcel machines that brings together manufacturers, investors, courier operators and individuals. We want the machines to be as close as possible to the users and to provide many more functions than just collecting and sending parcels.

We have established cooperation with two new courier operators - DeliGoo and Xpress Delivery. Thus, we provide our customers with same day delivery services, i.e. express shipments with same day delivery.

We have released the Furgonetka Returns system

We are developing a free online returns system that online stores can implement with a simple integration. As a result, buyers gain a quick option to return goods in a few steps, and sellers gain the ability to manage the procedure from A to Z.

We are working on a fast checkout solution. The purse will make it fast and convenient for online shoppers to buy, thanks to, among other things, auto-complete, memorized shipping form and favorite payment method.

Parcel ordering system

Each seller of the platform can easily order a courier from our offer and at our prices, directly from the Allegro panel. Thanks to the integration of the platform with our system, the whole process of sending a parcel takes place directly on the Allegro website. Implemented in the platform's panel, our order form, adapted to the website's design, allows to automatically generate even large quantities of shipping documents and to order the collection of parcels sent to customers.

Returns tool

A system that makes it easy to manage returns within a company. The tool greatly simplifies the returns process by providing customers with an easy way to return goods. On a dedicated page, via a simple order form, each Netia customer can order the shipment of equipment and accessories leased from the company directly to the operator's warehouse. After ordering the parcel, Netia customers print out the automatically generated shipping documents and hand them over with the parcel to the GLS courier.

Application to manage shipments

The application allows online shops to efficiently handle and manage the shipment of a large number of parcels. Through it, you can send parcels on your contracts with carriers or make use of our brokerage offer. The functions available there enable, among other things, the creation and printing of waybills from the shop's order level, linking to the customer's account on the courier company's website, defining shipment profiles, determining the place of collection and managing shipments.

Tool for the automatic generation of labels

The solution allows Raben employees to prepare their customers' shipments for dispatch in a faster way. The dedicated system makes it possible to connect their customers' individual contracts with various carriers and automatically generate and print labels for them. As a result, Raben employees gain one tool to handle all courier companies, which significantly speeds up processes related to the shipment of a large number of parcels.

Platform for ordering shipments

The system enables the courier operator DPD to manage all shipments conveniently and the carrier's customers to order DPD services quickly online. How does it work? Through a dedicated website, the user uploads a parcel by filling in a simple online form, where he or she specifies all parameters and selects additional services. After logging in to their account, they have access to their order history, where they can, for example, track their shipments, verify their status or check the available price list.
