How does recruitment work?
In the first step, you send us your application. If your competencies match the candidate profile, we will invite you to a recruitment meeting. We will conduct the interview online, and then you will receive feedback and possible "homework" to be done. After verifying it, we will decide whether we will meet at a further stage.In the next step, we will talk at our company headquarters to get to know each other better. This stage will not apply to you if you are applying for a 100% remote position. If after the meetings and the task you have completed, both parties feel they want to work together - we will agree on the details.
How do I send my resume
You can send your application for a specific position by clicking on one of the above job postings and completing a simple form. You can also send your resume to us through recruitment services, where you can find current advertisements.If you do not see a position of interest for you within the open recruitments, you can always apply to join our team through the online form. In this case, please indicate in which department you see yourself in the future.
Where will I work if hired?
It depends on what position you apply for. We have 8 different departments and work in 2 locations - in Warsaw and Elblag. Next to each job offer you will find information about which office is concerned with a particular recruitment process.In some cases, we also offer remote work or in a hybrid model.
What do flexible working hours mean?
At Furgonetka, we work as a team, so we need a fixed time slot when we can "catch" each other. Everyone in the team is available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. In practice, this means that, working with us, you can start your work day between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
How long is the trial period?
Regardless of the position and department you work in, the trial period with us lasts for 3 months. If after this time both you and your supervisor express a desire to continue working together, you will be offered an extension of your contract.
How many days of paid leave will I be entitled to?
If you are hired on a contract of employment, the amount of vacation is 20 or 26 days, depending on your seniority. With a B2B contract, we provide 27 days of paid vacation per year.
Is there a dress code in the office?
No. You wear what you feel comfortable and relaxed in.
