Is posting a listing really free?

Yes, it's completely free – no matter how many you publish. You only pay for the transport, in whatever way you agree with the carrier in your listing.

Can I ship a truly unusual load with no weight limits?

Yes. The exchange is made exactly for loads that standard courier companies won't handle. There are no weight or size restrictions, and no rigid packaging standards.

How quickly will I get my first offer?

You can receive your first message or offer within a minute of posting your listing. Hundreds of transport companies are constantly browsing jobs on the Exchange, so it's worth waiting a bit for the best proposals.

How do I contact a carrier?

In your listing you'll find a "Messages" section – this is where you agree on the terms and cost of the job with carriers before accepting the best offer. Once you choose a carrier, you'll immediately receive their business and contact details.

How do I know if a carrier is trustworthy?

Furgonetka verifies every carrier's business registration and activity. And the reviews you see next to a carrier's name come exclusively from people who have actually used their services.

What if none of the offers suit me?

Negotiate – you can agree on the price and terms individually with each carrier. You also don't have to accept any offer if none of them work for you.

Type in your store's address and the email from your order. Our system will automatically find the return shipping address – you don't need to know it.

Fill in the form and pay for the shipment

Enter your order number and specify what you're returning. Choose a courier and drop-off method. You can ship with a code (no printer needed) or with a label sent to your email.

Can I return purchases from any online store?

Yes – we handle returns to tens of thousands of online stores in Poland. Just enter the store's URL or name.

Do I need a printer to print the return label?

No – in the return form you can select the "I don't want to print documents" option, and the system will automatically show you only the couriers that offer label-free returns, such as InPost, DPD, FedEx or DHL.

Do I need to fill out a return form for the store?

No – Furgonetka automatically sends an electronic return confirmation to the store on your behalf. You don't need to print or send anything.

How long does the store have to refund my money?

An online store has up to 14 days to issue a refund from the moment you notify them of your intention to return. This period may be extended until the returned product reaches the warehouse. In practice, however, funds typically return to the customer's account much faster – within 2–5 business days.
