What are

improve shipping?

We have developed a set of tools and additional features that make it much easier and faster to create shipments. You can use them all at no extra charge - regardless of whether you run a store or send packages only occasionally.

What you will find

in the Furgonetka Customer Panel?

Import orders from the store

You can efficiently create shipments by pulling the data you need from a pre-prepared file. Or, in a few simple steps, you can set up your store in your Furgonetka account to automatically collect orders and conveniently manage shipments in one place, even if you sell on multiple platforms.

Template Builder

The Shipment Template Wizard allows you to easily define the most important order parameters. If you often send similar packages, create a template for them, specifying, for example, dimensions, weight, and any additional options, as well as the sender's details or the data to appear on the label. This will save you time on manually filling in the same data in the posting form every time again.

Broadcast to multiple audiences

Do you regularly send the same shipments to different recipients? Fill in the shipment parameters in the form, and in the Delivery section select the “multiple recipients” option - now you can conveniently download the list of recipients from the file or fill in their details manually (e.g. using the address book).

Multipacks

If you send several parcels at once to the same addressee, place an order in the form of a multiparcel - you will enter the sender and recipient data in the form only once, and then fill in the parameters of individual shipments in the order. With this option, you do not have to repeatedly create orders in which the same sender and recipient data are repeated. You will send parcels that are part of a multipack at the same time, and they will reach the recipient all together.

Address Book

If you often send parcels to the same people, add them to your list of regular recipients. In this way, you will order another shipment more efficiently - you will find the recipient's data in your address book and instantly put them in the order.

Generate Broadcast Protocol

Along with the shipping label, we also automatically generate a dispatch protocol to make it easier for you to create the necessary documentation. If you order several shipments from one carrier, you will receive one summary report from us, which means fewer documents to print and store.

Other information on the label

If for some reason you want to replace the location on the label with other address data, such as the official address of your store, you can use one of our functionalities. The option Other data on the label allows you to change the actual sender data, which appear on the label for up to 6 courier companies in the case of sending parcels with a courier driveway.

Ordering without a courier ride

With the ability to order parcels without having to be picked up by a courier, you can conveniently customize the way packages are sent to your needs and preferences. Once you have placed your order, you can drop off the shipments yourself at the branch or opt to order a courier driveway at a later date.

Forwarding notifications

In Furgonetka, you can quickly locate parcels online and check their statuses on a regular basis. You can also indicate the events about which we are supposed to inform you additionally: by SMS, e-mail, push notification in the mobile application, etc. - as convenient for you.

To quickly find parcels of interest in your account, use a convenient filter, narrowing the search result to: selected carrier, type of shipment, order date, transport status or download, among others. And if you save the view of the received list of shipments, you will easily return to it later, without having to manually set the filters once again.
