Importing orders from the store
You can efficiently create shipments by downloading the necessary data from a previously prepared file. You can also set up your store in your Furgonetka account in a few simple steps to automatically download orders and conveniently manage shipments in one place, even if you sell on multiple platforms.
Template creator
The shipment template creator allows you to easily define the most important order parameters. If you often send similar packages, create a template for them, specifying, for example, dimensions, weight and any additional options, as well as the sender's data or the data that should appear on the label. This will save you time on manually filling out the same data in the shipping form every time.
Sending to multiple receivers
Do you regularly send the same packages to different receivers? Fill in the package parameters in the form and select the "multiple receivers" option in the Delivery section - now you can conveniently download a list of recipients from a file or fill in their details manually (e.g. using the address book).
Multi-parcels
If you are sending several parcels to the same recipient at once, place an order as a multi-parcel - you will enter the sender and recipient data into the form only once, and then fill in the parameters of the individual parcels in the order. Thanks to this option, you do not have to create orders multiple times, in which the same sender and recipient data is repeated. You will send the parcels included in the multi-parcel at the same time, and they will all reach the recipient together.
Address book
If you often send packages to the same people, add them to your regular recipients list. This way, you can order your next shipment more efficiently - you can find the recipient's details in your address book and quickly add them to the order.
Generating the shipping protocol
Together with the shipping label, we also automatically generate a shipping protocol to make it easier for you to create the necessary documentation. If you order several shipments from one carrier, you will receive one collective protocol from us, which means fewer documents to print and store.
Other data on the label
If for some reason you want to replace the shipping location shown on the label with other address data, e.g. the official address of your store, you can use one of our functionalities. The option of other data on the label allows you to change the actual sender data, which appears on the label of up to 6 courier companies in the case of sending parcels with a courier's pick-up.

Improvements to shipment management are features that will help you control the parcel delivery process, track its route or collect information about shipped shipments. Thanks to them, you can easily find selected shipments among all your orders, order a change in transport or prepare dedicated reports.

Ordering without a courier pickup
Thanks to the option of ordering parcels without having them picked up by a courier, you can conveniently adjust the method of sending parcels to your own needs and preferences. After placing an order, you can send parcels yourself at a branch or decide to order a courier to come at a later date.
Shipping notifications
In Furgonetka you can quickly locate shipments online and check their statuses on an ongoing basis. You can also indicate events about which you would like to be additionally informed: via text message, email, push notification in the mobile app, etc. - however convenient for you.
Advanced order filtering
To quickly find the shipments you are interested in in your account, use the convenient filter, narrowing the search result to, among others: selected carrier, type of shipment, order date, transport or collection status. And if you save the view of the received list of shipments, you can easily return to it later, without having to manually set the filters again.
Reports
Want to know more about your shipments? Enable the CSV file download function and generate detailed reports of your orders according to your own criteria or have us prepare them periodically. Now you will have full control over your shipments and can use this information in your business.
Multi-account
The multi-account feature will allow you to manage orders with your colleagues. You will decide whether to assign an additional user to your business account, grant permissions to individual people, send invitations or disable access.
