  • (1)If the shipment is shipped or delivered at FedEx Point, its weight cannot exceed 20 kg and dimensions 50 cm x 40 cm x 30 cm. The maximum download amount is 3000 PLN, while insurance is 5000 PLN.
  • (2)COD amount is transferred to the sender up to 7 business days after the parcel is collected by its recipient.
  • (3)COD amount is transferred to the sender 1 dzień roboczy after delivery. The option is available to customers who have already used the Standard COD service. The maximum COD value: 5,000.00 PLN.
  • (4)List of non-standard elements can be found in the section "Help". If the package is a long one, a fee for a non-standard element is already included within the parcel price.
  • (5)Service provided exclusively at the Customer's request.
  • (6)Long package is an object with length from 201 to 300 cm, with the sum of the other sides not exceeding 80 cm, and with an actual or dimensional weight of up to 70 kg.
  • (7)Niegotowa przesyłka, brak nadawcy.
  • (8)Opłata naliczana jest w przypadku trzeciej i każdej kolejnej próby doręczenia przesyłki do Odbiorcy.

Standardowa usługa kurierska z dostawą następnego dnia roboczego. Umożliwia zastrzeżenie godziny doręczenia paczki, dzięki czemu odbiorca może ją otrzymać już w godzinach porannych. Przesyłki o wadze do 30 kg doręczane są w systemie „od drzwi do drzwi”, a te przekraczające 30 kg w systemie „burta-burta”.

FedEx Next Day Standard

Usługa, która umożliwia wysłanie paczki ważącej do 70 kg. Kurier odbiera paczkę ze wskazanego przez nadawcę adresu i dostarcza do adresata na następny dzień roboczy. Usługa dostępna jest na terenie całej Polski.

FedEx Next Day do 9/10/12

Usługa, za pośrednictwem której doręczenie przesyłki standardowej o wadze do 35 kg, może zostać zrealizowane do godziny 9:00, 10:00 lub 12:00 następnego dnia roboczego.

Przesyłki ciężkie:

FedEx Next Day Standard

Usługa, która umożliwia doręczenie palet na wybrany przez klienta adres już na następny dzień roboczy. Realizowana jest na terenie całego kraju. Dostarczana jest w systemie „rampa - rampa”. Wszystkie przesyłki dłużycowe doręczane są natomiast w systemie „burta – burta”. W usłudze FedEx Next Day Standard możesz wysyłać także palety ważące powyżej 70 kg.

Rozpaletowanie

Jest to usługa kurierska, która polega na rozładunku palety i wniesieniu jej pojedynczych elementów we wskazane przez odbiorcę miejsce.

Zwrot palet

Jest to usługa, która zapewnia doręczenie przesyłki, a także rozliczenie wykorzystanych w jej ramach palet.

Załadunek & Rozładunek

Jest to usługa płatna, na życzenie klienta, która umożliwia doręczenie przesyłki paletowej, a także załadunek i/lub rozładunek. Realizowana jest samochodem dostawczym firmy FedEx, wyposażonym w windę hydrauliczną.

Express service, which enables next-day delivery to countries throughout Europe. It is implemented door-to-door. The delivery time for parcels within the United States in this service is 1 to 2 business days. Parcel delivery in states located on the East Coast will be on the next business day after posting, in other states the deadline is up to 2 business days.

FedEx Europe First

Usługa, za pośrednictwem której przesyłki zostaną doręczone do odbiorcy między godziną 9:00 a 10:00. Realizowana jest do głównych miast w całej Europie.
