  • (1)COD amount is transferred to the sender up to 14 business days after delivery. The maximum COD value: 7,000.00 PLN.
  • (2)COD amount is transferred to the sender 1 dzień roboczy after delivery. The option is available to customers who have already used the Standard COD service. The maximum COD value: 7,000.00 PLN.
  • (3)A long shipment is a parcel whose length exceeds 200 cm. The maximum length of the longest side is 400 cm, while the sum of the other two sides cannot exceed 50 cm.
  • (4)The fee is charged when the sum of the 3 dimensions is greater than 300 and less than or equal to 400 cm.
  • (5)The fee for a non-standard pallet is charged for shipments on a pallet with dimensions greater than 80 cm x 120 cm or the content of which extends beyond the outline of the pallet. The maximum pallet carrier must not exceed two pallet positions.

  • (7)In the event of a lack of cash or the recipient's refusal to accept the parcel, the fee is charged until the second delivery attempt. In the case of the recipient's absence, the fee is charged up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • (10)The fee is charged above 2 hours of waiting for each started hour.
  • (11)The fee is the difference between the price of the shipment calculated on the basis of the parameters entered in the order and the price specified in the weight range corresponding to the actual weight of the shipment handed over for transport, shown in the price list above.
  • (12)If the shipment contains a non-standard item or is specified as long, these services are included in the return fee. Other additional services indicated in the order are not added to the return price.
  • (13)The fee is charged when funds are withdrawn from the balance exceeding PLN 100.
