  • (1)The maximum insurance amount for a parcel posted at Access Point is 1,000.00 $, while for delivery to Access Point or directly to the recipient it is 3,000.00 €. If the parcel insurance amount exceeds 3,500.00 PLN the fee is 1.2% of the insurance value, but not less than 42.00 PLN Net price.
  • (2)COD amount is sent to the account indicated in the order in PLN up to 14 business days after delivery. Its conversion is performed by the Carrier according to its own procedure and a rate close to the average weekly rate set by the National Bank of Poland. The maximum amount for collection depends on the country of delivery: Belgium: EUR 3,000, Spain: EUR 1,000, Greece: EUR 499, Portugal: EUR 1,000, Romania: RON 10,000 for natural persons, RON 5,000 for legal entities, Sweden: SEK 3,000, Italy: 999 , EUR 99, France: EUR 1,000, Great Britain: GBP 2,500, Switzerland CHF 3,500, Denmark: DKK 20,000, Austria: EUR 3,500, Germany EUR 3,500, for other destinations: the equivalent of USD 5,000 in the currency of the Recipient's country.
  • (3)The fee for a non-standard item is calculated automatically for shipments with the longest side exceeding 100 cm or the other side exceeding 76 cm, and for shipments over 25 kg. Non-standard shipments also include packages whose shape is: round, cylindrical, oval, irregular, the contents of which are loose products, and when the goods are packed in a plastic bag or stretch film
