  • (9)The service applies to redirection only within the destination country.

DPD Polska działa na rynku od 1991 roku. Powstała jako spółka Masterlink Express i miała stuprocentowo polski kapitał. W 1998 r. przejęła ją Grupa Poczty Szwedzkiej, co przyczyniło się do dynamicznego rozwoju i poszerzenia zakresu świadczonych usług. W 2002 r. została przedstawicielem DPD, zyskując dostęp do sieci kurierskiej operującej w ponad 30 krajach europejskich. W tym samym roku, dzięki przejęciu Air Cargo Poland, wachlarz usług rozszerzył się o działalność celną oraz spedycyjną (lotniczą, morską i drogową). Standardowe usługi krajowe

DPD CLASSIC to standardowa usługa kurierska, która zapewnia standardowy, jednodniowy czas doręczenia. Obejmuje ona ubezpieczenie przesyłki do kwoty 1000 zł, dwie próby doręczenia, a także możliwość sprawdzenia informacji o doręczeniu na stronie internetowej. Ponadto DPD udostępnia wiele opcji dodatkowych, takich jak przesyłka za pobraniem, podwyższenie ubezpieczenia w przypadku wartościowych paczek czy zindywidualizowane opcje przesyłek zwrotnych.

DPD Next Day

Usługa ekspresowa zapewnia dostarczenie przesyłki do odbiorcy do wyznaczonej godziny. Paczki doręczane są do klientów do godziny 9:30 i 12:00 lub o konkretnie wskazanej godzinie następnego dnia po nadaniu przesyłki. Dokładny termin dostawy może być również indywidualnie ustalony z klientem.

Opcja Predict

Usługa Predict umożliwia powiadomienie odbiorcy o 2-godzinnym okienku czasowym, w którym nastąpić ma dostawa paczki. Powiadomienia są wysyłane w dniu doręczenia, za pośrednictwem SMS oraz wiadomości e-mail. W przypadku, gdy klient nie może odebrać przesyłki, otrzymuje możliwość wyboru alternatywnej daty doręczenia spośród trzech zaproponowanych terminów.

Potwierdzenie doręczenia

Każda paczka wysyłana za pośrednictwem firmy DPD jest rejestrowanie w systemie informatycznym. Dzięki temu każdy nadawca może śledzić drogę przesyłki za pośrednictwem strony internetowej. Po wpisaniu numeru listu przewozowego system pokazuje informacje o tym, gdzie aktualnie znajduje się przesyłka.

Dokumenty zwrotne

Usługa umożliwia zwrócenie nadawcy dokumentów, które były załączone do przesyłki pierwotnej. Sprawdza się szczególnie w przypadku wysłania umów, które po podpisie powinny wrócić do nadawcy. Zwrot dokumentów dołączonych do paczek odbywa się w cyklu tygodniowym.

Przesyłka za pobraniem

Usługa polecana każdemu klientowi, który nie chce ryzykować nieotrzymania zapłaty za wysyłany produkt. Odbiorca otrzymuje przesyłkę tylko w przypadku, kiedy opłaci jej zawartość w chwili odbioru. Wartość pobrania nie może przekraczać więcej niż 19,999 zł. Dodatkowo w przypadku kwoty większej niż 1000 złotych, DPD automatycznie pobiera opłatę za ubezpieczenie w wysokości 0,1% wartości pobrania.

DPD CLASSIC

Międzynarodowa usługa kurierska, za pośrednictwem której przesyłki dostarczane są do odbiorców w 30 krajach Europy w 3 dni po nadaniu. Drogę takiej przesyłki można na bieżąco sprawdzać na stronie internetowej firmy DPD. Istnieje możliwość skorzystania z licznych opcji dodatkowych, które dostosowane są do indywidualnych potrzeb klientów.

DPD EXPRESS i DPD GUARANTEE

DPD Express to usługa lotniczej wysyłki międzynarodowej, która pozwala w szybki sposób dotrzeć do ponad 220 krajów na świecie. DPD Guarantee to usługa drogowa, która jest ekonomiczną alternatywą dla usług lotniczych w Europie.

DPD MAX

To międzynarodowa usługa, która umożliwia wysyłkę palet. Realizowana jest we współpracy z firmą Palletways – dystrybutorem palet. Za pośrednictwem DPD MAX klienci mogą w sprawny sposób wysyłać palety do największych krajów w Europie.
